Le Rooftop Abidjan attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data in Côte d'Ivoire.
Data collected
Only what you enter in the reservation form: name, phone number, email (optional), date, time, number of guests, any details and the language of the page used.
Use
- Replying to your request and confirming your reservation;
- Contacting you about your visit.
Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Recipients and retention
Only the Le Rooftop team has access to it. Forms are transmitted by our host, Netlify, Inc. If you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, the message passes through that service under its own terms. Requests are kept for a maximum of twelve months.
Cookies
The website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your browser, so that the site is shown in that language next time. The Google map is only loaded if you click “Show the Google map”: Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, call +225 07 97 45 45 48. You may also contact the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI).
